AVP, Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Service Line

 

MAJOR FUNCTION:         The Assistant Vice President, Service Line is responsible for the overall growth and development of the assigned service lines, including coordination, development, team facilitation, physician relations and strategic planning for the program.    Actively identifies and evaluates growth opportunities based on market analysis and healthcare trends and develops necessary supporting analysis to aid in program approval and implementation.  Builds and maintains working relationships with internal stakeholders, referring physicians and industry professionals.  Provides on-going programmatic analysis based on expected deliverables and key performance indicators and project pro forma assumptions.

 

 

 

 

QUALIFICATION:

A.  Education:                  Masters Degree required in Business or Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related healthcare field

 

 

 


Experience:                 Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Service line , Program development or strategic planning preferred. 5-7 years' experience in a health related industry required with  responsibilities in management and/or program development. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including strong interpersonal skills as well as organizational, analytical, financial, and project management skills.  Self-motivated with solid knowledge of business planning methods, team facilitation skills , marketing concepts and data collection/analysis. Proven ability to motivate teams and experience working in a matrix environment.
