MAJOR FUNCTION:             The Director of Human Resources Operations is responsible for all aspects of HR systems for Inspira Health, including Recognition, Policy, Procedures, Wellness, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits and the HR Service Center. Designs, plans and implements Inspira’s Total Rewards Program. Responsible for reviewing programs, making modifications and ensuring achievement of competitive market position.  Ensures that the programs meet Inspira’s Mission and the employee’s needs, comply with legal requirements and are cost effective





A.  Education:                         Bachelor’s degree Required.  Masters Preferred.                                    





B.  Experience:                        Minimum 8 – 10 years demonstrated,  successful HR Operations and managerial responsibilities.  Experience in Healthcare preferred.                     



C.  Certification/Licensure:     PHR / SPHR Preferred
