EXECUTIVE MEDICAL DIRECTOR , PRIMARY CARE INSPIRA MEDICAL GROUP

MAJOR FUNCTION: A dynamic and creative health care leader who is ready to help execute, transform and grow Inspira Medical Group’s Primary care footprint. The right candidate will provide clinical leadership in Inspira’s primary care strategy and is a visible and active leader in the Clinically Integrated Network, the Accountable Care Organization and the value-based programs Provides. The Executive Medical Director will also be responsible for   implementation and oversight of the clinical outcomes, quality assessment and performance improvement programs. Supervisory role of the Medical Directors and physician leaders in Inspira Medical Group’s Primary Care, Urgent Care and Post-Acute Providers. Responsible for the development and maintenance of medical policies and procedures/standards and protocols.  Opportunity to provide some limited patient care.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

 

A.  Education: Medical Doctorate Degree: MD or DO required

                               Advanced business or Health management degree preferred.

 

                              

                              

B.  Experience: Three (3) years supervisory experience preferred

                               Five (5) years clinical experience preferred

                              

 

C.  Certification/Licensure:  Licensed to practice medicine in the State of New Jersey, Board Certification in primary specialty.
