The Structural Heart Program Manager will assure compliance with standards of the Structural Heart Program and requirements. Key functions will be data analysis, staff education, coordination, and communication for patients under evaluation for transcatheter based therapies and structural heart interventions (including TAVR, Watchman) In addition, this role will ensure all patients receive appropriate follow up, coordinate and schedule team meetings to evaluate patient data and determine optimal next steps, communicate with patients their outcomes and physician recommendations including further testing, follow-up appointments.

The Manager will develop and review policies and supporting the application process for the Valve Clinic and Structural Heart Program. The Manager will also work with marketing and liaisons to develop a coordinated, comprehensive awareness and education strategy for the Structural Heart Program.


A. Education: Bachelor's degree Required. Registered nurse and/or Cardiac Professional National Certification in Specialty area preferred.

B. Experience:

>5 years Cardiovascular experience in clinical setting

>5 years Critical care or catherization lab experience preferred.

C. Certification/Licensure:

Current registration with New Jersey State Board of Nursing preferred.
