Manager, Value Analysis-Materials Management


This position is responsible for the planning, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of identified opportunities to standardize and onboard newly requested products or services; as well as manages the recall and product nonconformance process.

Lead the monthly Value Analysis network committee meeting while working directly with our clinical team to develop strategies and identifies process improvements that are focused on substantial supply/service cost reduction, standardization and utilization, and maintaining or enhancing quality

This position will also be responsible for managing the vendor credentialing and DNV supplier evaluation audit process as proper selection and diligence will result in effective products or services introduction, implementation, and utilization.


A. Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Five years of additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

B. Experience:

  • 5 years of progressive Supply Chain management experience.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
