Program RN Home Care Williamstown LIFE

MAJOR FUNCTION : Under the direction of the Clinic RN Manager, provides home care services to the participants of INSPIRA LIFE. Performs initial and annual assessments of participants in their home care environment and coordinates plan of care with appropriate resources. Reviews plan of care and evaluates participant compliance. Provides skilled assessments, treatments, and health education for participants in their homes, according to physician's order. Maintains the participants' medical records with thorough documentation. Communicates participants' changes and progress to appropriate staff.

As a multisite provider of PACE community-based services for seniors in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties, an Inspira LIFE employee may work at either or both the Vineland or Williamstown LIFE Program as census changes or operational needs occur to meet the needs of our participants.


A. Education:

Graduate of a school of professional nursing, BSN required

B. Experience:
  • A minimum of 1year working with the frail or elderly population required.
  • 2 years of Nursing experience working in LTC, Acute care, or Community Nursing

C. Certification/Licensure:

Current New Jersey Registered Nurse License, CPR Certification required, BSN Preferred

Valid Driver's license, proof of insurance and a reliable means of transportation as described in Fleet Policy # TR 118.
